We’re Dale Properties. We’ve been established in Worcester for over 30 years. We provide a very different service to what you would receive on the high street. By owning all of our properties we can make every decision in-house and answer any queries our tenants may have quickly, correctly and efficiently. Dale Properties provide high standard rented accommodation at reasonable rates.

Commercial.

We rent out a selection of small and large office spaces in Worcester, all with their own cloakrooms and coffee stations. Sansome Lodge is a beautiful building and has adapted well to conversion. We have reinstated the railings and old paving plus added the benefit of on site parking.
