Are there any fees?
There are no expensive admin fees to pay with Dale Properties. The only fees to pay are a six-week deposit and a £30 non-refundable deposit protection fee.
Do you accept tenants with pets?
Sorry but we don’t allow pets in any of our properties.
Do you accept tenants on benefits?
We do not currently accept any tenants who are in receipt of Housing Benefits or DSS.
What documents will I need to provide you?
We require a number of documents from all our tenants as evidence of the right to work and rent in the UK, and as evidence of the ability to to pay the rent and services. These documents include your passport (or an ID card), a recent payslip and a recent bank statement. These are outlined in the Tenants Information Sheet document.
What is the minimum contractual length?
All of our contracts start at six months and are then transferred onto a rolling monthly contract after the initial six months of tenancy.
