30 years ago we bought our first house to renovate and rent. We did the work ourselves sticking to our aim of providing a beautiful home in a great location for a reasonable price. On each project we learn a little more but always keep our aim in mind to continually improve standards.
Since that first property we’ve grown organically searching for unloved properties across Worcester that are in need of a little love and attention to help rejuvenate them so they can once again become someone’s home.
Dale Properties started around a full time job and has now developed into a multifaceted company spanning into Residential, Commercial and Storage solutions. We now employ a small team and provide around the clock assistance and hands on support to all of our tenants.
